Special Assessment & Building Breaker Replacement
Special Assessment & Building Breaker Replacement
In order to maintain our current building insurance coverage, we have been required to replace all 48 main building breakers. A special assessment was approved for $5,000 to cover the costs of the replacement + other building repairs/maintenance that may be needed over the remainder of the year.

Effective February 1, 2025, HOA monthly dues are set to $396. If you are on automatic payments, please log into your REMCO account at the link above to update your payment account.

Building Safety
Please stay vigilant and help keep Whitley Bay safer for all residents. This means:
Do not let anyone into the building that you do not know (this includes delivery drivers).
Do not leave valuables in your vehicles or the garage.
Retrieve your packages from the mail area promptly.
When exiting the garage, watch the door close all the way before pulling away.
When exiting the lobby, make sure the front doors close all the way.
