Pete's Plumbing is our recommended plumber. They are very familiar with the building. Give them a call at (562) 599–0106 for repairs, installations, or emergency services or contact them via their website at petes-plumbing.com.

What do I do if there are people hanging out in the alley?

Report them for trespassing to the non-emergency police phone line at (562) 435-6711 and let them know that "no trespassing" signs are properly posted.

Fill out an Illegal Dumping Form Here or call the City's Refuse Hotline at (562) 570-2876. Or you can download the Go Long Beach App to report illegal dumping, damaged street signs, and other local sanitation issues.

Quiet hours are from 9pm - 8am.
